Any actions that are in violation of the law, or that may cause damage to the Company’s reputation, will not be tolerated.

4. Conflict of Interest

All individuals associated with the Company are expected to avoid situations that may create a conflict of interest, or that may give the appearance of a conflict of interest. Conflicts of interest may arise when an individual’s personal interests or relationships conflict with their duties and responsibilities to the Company.

5. Health and Safety

All individuals associated with the Company are expected to maintain a safe and healthy working environment, and to follow all relevant health and safety guidelines and regulations.

6. Enforcement

The Company takes this Code of Conduct very seriously and will take appropriate action in the event of any breaches. Depending on the severity of the breach, disciplinary actions may include verbal or written warnings, suspension, termination of employment or services, or legal action.

By being associated with the Company, including but not limited to as an employee, contractor, customer, or partner, you agree to abide by this Code of Conduct.
