Aapta's Refund Policies

  1. Introduction

This refund policy (“Policy”) applies to all website design, development, and hosting services (“Services”) provided by Aapta Solutions ( (“Company”).

  1. Refunds

The Company offers a full refund on any unused portion of a hosting plan if the Client requests a cancellation within 30 days of the initial purchase. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of the cancellation request.

For website design and development services, the Company will work with the Client to ensure that the final product meets the Client’s expectations. The Company does not offer refunds for website design and development services once the final product has been delivered and accepted by the Client.

  1. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding a refund, the Client may contact the Company’s customer support team to attempt to resolve the issue. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, the Client may request arbitration through a mutually agreed-upon third-party arbitration service.

  1. Modification

The Company reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time, with or without notice to the Client. The Client’s continued use of the Services following any such modification shall constitute the Client’s acceptance of the modified terms.

By using the Services provided by the Company, the Client agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Policy.
