Aapta's Service Level Agreement

This Service Level Agreement (“SLA”) outlines the terms and conditions of the services provided by “Aapta Soltuions” – (“Company”). By using the Company’s services, you agree to comply with this SLA.

  1. Service Availability

The Company will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that its services are available 99.9% of the time, measured on a monthly basis.

In the event of any planned maintenance or upgrades to the services, the Company will provide reasonable advance notice to its customers.

  1. Support

The Company will provide support for its services during normal business hours (Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm). Support requests can be made via email or support ticket system.

The Company will make a reasonable effort to respond to support requests within 24 hours. In the event that a support request requires a longer resolution time, the Company will provide regular updates to the customer.

  1. Performance

The Company will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that its services perform in accordance with industry standards.

In the event that the performance of the services does not meet the standards outlined in this SLA, the Company will work with the customer to identify and resolve the issue in a timely manner.

  1. Backup and Data Recovery

The Company will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that customer data is backed up on a regular basis and can be restored in the event of a data loss.

The Company will not be responsible for any data loss that occurs as a result of the customer’s actions, including but not limited to user error, hacking, or other malicious activity.

  1. Modification

The Company reserves the right to modify this SLA at any time, with or without notice to customers. The Company will notify customers of any material changes to this SLA by posting a notice on the Company’s website.

By using the services provided by the Company, customers agree to the terms and conditions of this SLA.
