Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of the services (“Services”) provided by “Aapta Solutions” or “Aapta” (“Company”) to the user (“Client”) through the Company’s website.

2. Services

The Services provided by the Company include website design, development, hosting, and maintenance. The Company will provide the Services in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

3. Payment

The Client agrees to pay the Company for the Services in accordance with the pricing and payment terms outlined on the Company’s website. The Company reserves the right to modify the pricing and payment terms at any time, with or without notice to the Client.

4. Intellectual Property

The Client agrees that any content, graphics, logos, or other materials provided to the Company for use in the website design, development, and hosting process are owned by the Client or are licensed to the Client, and do not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights.

The Company retains ownership of any website designs or templates created by the Company, as well as any intellectual property or proprietary information used to create the website.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement with or without cause upon written notice to the other party. In the event of termination, the Client will remain responsible for any fees owed to the Company for Services rendered up to the date of termination.

6. Warranty

The Company warrants that the Services will be provided in a professional manner, in accordance with industry standards. The Company does not warrant that the Services will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or the Services provided hereunder. The Company’s liability for any damages under this Agreement shall be limited to the total amount paid by the Client to the Company for the Services.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is located. Aapta Solutions is registered in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

9. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between the parties, whether written or oral.

10. Modification

The Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time, with or without notice to the Client. The Client’s continued use of the Services following any such modification shall constitute the Client’s acceptance of the modified terms.

By using the Services provided by the Company, the Client agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
