5. Penetration Testing — Special Acceptable Use Rules
AAPTA SOLUTIONS LLC offers authorized penetration testing services as part of our security service portfolio. The following rules apply specifically to the use of our penetration testing and security assessment services:
5.1 Authorized Testing Only
- Penetration testing services may ONLY be used to test systems, applications, and networks that are owned by you or that you have explicit, documented written authorization to test
- A signed Penetration Testing Authorization Agreement must be executed before any testing commences
- Testing must be strictly limited to the targets and scope defined in the Authorization Agreement
- Any deviation from the agreed scope — even if the tester discovers an adjacent vulnerability — requires written amendment before proceeding
5.2 Prohibited Testing Activities
- Using our penetration testing services or methodologies to attack systems you do not own or are not authorized to test
- Conducting denial-of-service testing against production systems without explicit authorization and pre-arranged mitigation plans
- Extracting, exfiltrating, copying, or retaining sensitive data discovered during testing beyond what is strictly necessary for reporting

8. Content Standards
All content hosted on AAPTA SOLUTIONS LLC’s infrastructure — including website content, uploaded files, database content, email content, and any other material — must meet the following standards:

- Maintaining your own independent backups in addition to any backup services provided by AAPTA SOLUTIONS LLC
WARNING: If your website is found to be actively sending spam, participating in a botnet, serving malware, or conducting attacks on third parties, AAPTA SOLUTIONS LLC will immediately suspend the affected website without prior notice to protect the integrity of our shared infrastructure and other clients. Restoration will only be considered after full remediation is confirmed.
10. Resource Usage & Fair Use
Our hosting plans are designed to accommodate the needs of typical WordPress websites within defined resource allocations. The following fair use standards apply:
10.1 Shared Hosting
- Shared hosting plans are intended for standard WordPress websites and are not suitable for high-traffic applications, video streaming platforms, large file repositories, or computationally intensive applications
- No single website may consistently consume more than 25% of shared server CPU or RAM resources in a manner that degrades performance for other clients
- Storing large media files (video, audio, raw photography) is not permitted on shared hosting; we recommend using a CDN or object storage service (e.g., Amazon S3, Cloudflare R2) for large media assets
- Automated scripts, crawlers, or bots that generate excessive server load are not permitted on shared hosting plans
10.2 Dedicated RAM & CPU Hosting
- Dedicated resource plans provide guaranteed CPU and RAM allocations for your exclusive use
- Even on dedicated plans, network bandwidth is subject to fair use limits as defined in your service plan
- Use of dedicated resources for cryptocurrency mining, large-scale scraping, or distributed computing remains prohibited unless explicitly authorized in writing
10.3 Bandwidth
- Bandwidth usage exceeding your plan’s included allowance will be subject to overage charges or throttling as specified in your service plan
- Deliberate generation of artificial traffic to inflate bandwidth usage or trigger overage charges is prohibited
10.4 Storage
- Disk storage must be used for active website content, databases, and backups — not for personal file storage, media archives, or backup repositories unrelated to your hosted websites
- AAPTA SOLUTIONS LLC reserves the right to request removal of content from storage that violates this policy or is unrelated to hosted website operations
11. Reporting AUP Violations
AAPTA SOLUTIONS LLC takes AUP violations seriously. We encourage responsible reporting of suspected violations to help maintain a safe and trustworthy platform for all users.

12.4 Right to Investigate
AAPTA SOLUTIONS LLC reserves the right to access, review, and analyze content hosted on our infrastructure where we have a reasonable belief that an AUP violation has occurred or is occurring. Such review will be conducted only to the extent necessary to investigate and address the suspected violation, and will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
